Newsletter February 2020

Hello everyone!

Welcome to your February updates and Happy Valentine’s to all of you !

Gosh, this one will be a long one. I have loads for you this time, so don’t get overwhelmed and ration it well 🙂 There is a good mixture of offerings, articles and practices to keep you going for a while, because there may be no updates in March.

First of all, if you would like to support the May MoMM event, we are hosting another warm up evening on the 6th of March, Friday 7-9pm at The Hollies (Weetwood Lane, LS16 5NZ). Many of you have been before. If you are planning to come please RSVP to or let me know directly. Come and get involved, share with others your gifts and offerings and help us to spread the love and wellbeing far and wide! And now to the usual:

1.    My next 4-week mindfulness course “Building Resilience with Mindfulness” is starting on the 26th of February, Wednesdays 7.30pm – 9.30pm. Details in the leaflet attached, please share. Next one after this will not be until 30th April-21st May.

2.    Last 2 places left on the Silent Sunday retreat   23rd of February 10-4pm.

3.    The next Mindfulness with the Soul retreat and workshop will be on 22nd March, 10am-4pm. Last one was full again and we had a magical day, see the feedback below. Early bird finishes on the 1st of March more info in the leaflet attached. As always please spread the word among you friends and colleagues.

“I have never done anything like this before. I can’t stop looking at my soul map now, it is beautiful. This is an expression of things that are important to me and it helps me to make each day count more. I left feeling inspired and relaxed. If you are thinking about doing the workshop then I’d highly recommend it :)“

“It was a lovely day and I knew from the very minute I arrived that something special was going on. I loved everything that happened during the day and I met many beautiful souls. I was blown away by the impact of the day and the grace with which it was offered to us. I came away feeling excited and clearer than I have been in a very long time. Thank you!”

4.    Related offerings from colleagues and friends, locally and further afield:

5.    Psychedelics-Assisted Therapy My adventure is getting more exciting 🙂 In the end of March I am going to Peru to meet the teachers of my teacher in plant medicines. So I will spend few weeks in this retreat centre in the middle of Peruvian Jungle. And when I come back I will be introducing the subject of Psychedelics in Mental Health at the Café Psychologique on the 28th of April, so if you are interested in this topic please come to Seven Arts in Chapel Allerton. I’d love to see you there
