About the programme
This online 8-week mindfulness course is an adaptation of the MBCT course, initially developed by Segal, Williams, and Teasdale in the 1990s to help people suffering from depression reduce relapses of illness. The MBCT for Stress programme consists of eight weekly 2-hour sessions in a small group of people (10-14 people max.) and is intended for anyone who experiences stress in their life. You do not need to be depressed or anxious to take this course, you may simply want to enhance your wellbeing.
