This is an opportunity to practise silently with others. The sessions are unguided
and comprises one 40 minute sit, followed by 15 minute walking meditation and 5 minute
sit at the end. Transitions are indicated by a bell.
These weekly meditation meeting are open to those familiar with mindfulness practice
or graduates of courses and workshops run by myself or other teachers in the area.
Weekly Silent Sit has been running for the last 3 years as an ongoing support to
all those that want to keep their practice alive and like mediating with others in
silence. These sessions are run on a drop-in basis so there is no requirement to
come every week, just turning up when you are in the area is perfectly fine. I
